No right, title or interest in our Products is conveyed to you. Purchase Related Policies
Our products which are available on the Pure Hapa site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, unless you are a valid and approved Wholesaler of Pure Hapa. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation thereof is the property of Pure Hapa and is protected by United States and copyright laws. Product Liabilities
Pure Hapa LLC assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. We do not make claims without substantiating them. Please read instructions & ingredients carefully. If you have allergies or adverse reactions to certain ingredients, read the label before using. Whether ingested, damage to property / materials or personal injury results from using our product in a careless manner... we are not responsible.
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our site, our products and our services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, Products, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Pure Hapa using this Site or otherwise collectively, are not confidential and will be come and remain Pure Hapa property.
